Dennis Jansen was quoted in a story by KBTX News on October’s issue of of Economic Indicators on November 4, 2024.
With the unemployment rate steady at 3.2% in August and a slight increase in employment, the Business-Cycle Index increased 0.3%.
“We’re certainly not growing at any breakneck speeds, but we’re also continuing to show positive growth,” said Dennis Jansen. “Our economic indicator, our business cycle index, continues to increase. Employment continues to grow.”
The October issue also focuses on Texas A&M student enrollment.
