Sarah Zubairy Awarded Shirley A. Lynch Fellowship

Summary: Sarah Zubairy, Associate Professor in Economics at Texas A&M University, is the first recipient of the Private Enterprise Research Center’s Shirley A. Lynch Fellowship. The Shirley A. Lynch Fellowship was established by a gift from Henry and Pat (formerly Lynch) Gilchrist to honor Pat's father.

Zubairy’s research focuses on empirical macroeconomics and monetary economics, with a particular focus on fiscal policy related issues. Her most recent paper, "Business Cycle Implications of Firm Market Power in Labor and Product Markets,” can be found here.
