Allison Schrager to Present on Risk on 11/11

Summary: Faculty, staff, students and the community are invited to attend the presentation, “Reassessing Risk in a Post-pandemic World” hosted by the Private Enterprise Research Center by Dr. Allison Schrager on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at the Liberal Arts and Sciences Building (LASB). The presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m.
 
Dr. Schrager is a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and a City Journal  contributing editor. Her research focuses on public finance, pensions, labor markets, and tax and monetary policy. She has been a regular contributor for the Economist, Reuters, and Bloomberg Businessweek and has been published in Wired, National Review, Foreign Affairs and City Journal.
 

Dr. Schrager received her undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh and a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University. She is a co-founder of LifeCycle Finance Partners, LLC, a risk advisory firm, and is the author of the book An Economist Walks Into a Brothel.
